It is a spacy house (about 170 square meters), which has several positive characteristics, especially mentioned: -only 25 minutes to aker brygge, by boat b20 from vollen -direct buss to oslo (the buss nr. 250e takes 31 minutes to oslo center/viken.) buss station just outside the house. -spacious living room with abundance of natural light -spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill -hiking trails nearby fully furnished and has all appliances in the kitchen and bathroom and of course a dishwasher and washing machine. -bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating -about 7 min to walk to vollen stranda -safe area -free parking included -security amount is just 6200 nok.
